T-Mobile at 4202G North Harlem Avenue Space 118, Norridge, Illinois.

This has to be one of the worst stores to deal with, I've gone there 3 times and all 3 times the employees were rude and had no knowledge of the phones, or T mobile Policy, or jump on demand . DO NOT GO to this store unless you want to leave pissed off and want to change Carriers. 2 examples . Went to do a jump on demand and do a deferred trade in and the employees said it can't be done , they even called their manager and he said they don;t do that anymore. i sad yes they do and i just did one on another line. they refused to do it, went to another store to get it done with no problem, second time called to see if they had the lg V30 the girl on the phone said they did , so i said i will be on my way to get the phone she said OK, got to the store and said i here for the v30 she said OK, as soon as i said i going to do a jump on demand, she said sorry i can't do it are computers are down, to do jump on demand , once again left there pissed of and about to change carriers. with all the complaints about this store why has T-Mobile and the district manger done anything about this store, so if you like T-Mobile i would recommend not going to this store because you will leave pissed off, because how the employees represent T-Mobile you will feel different about T-Mobile. you will wanna switch to another carrier.
